What is the 'Satisfaction Guarantee'? If you are unhappy with our accommodations upon your arrival, contact us immediately and we will provide you with a comparable or upgraded room at another First Choice location at no cost, including luggage and transfer. If there are no suites available we will provide a full refund less the processing fee. What does "un-hosted" or "self-catered" mean? Many of our suites are located in privately owned homes and condominiums. In these cases, there is no on-site host and guests must provide their own food and beverage. Suggestions for neighborhood markets, restaurants and coffee shops are provided. How will I receive my keys? Once final payments are made, an access code will be provided via email which will allow you access to the building and your suite. Typically two sets of keys are provided, one in the key box outside your door and another inside your unit. Keys may be forwarded to you before your arrival but arrangements must be made in advance. What information should I expect? Once a reservation is made and a credit card deposit is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Final payments can be made by credit card, check or cash. Any funds not received 2 weeks prior to your arrival will be charged to the credit card provided for the deposit. Once final payments are made, you will receive a final confirmation with the address, private phone number and directions to access your suite. Can I fit additional people? We do not charge extra for additional guests in a suite. Many units have sofa-beds and inflatable Aero beds can be reserved for an additional $25/night. Please let us know of your needs in advance so we can direct you to the best units to fit your party, and/or make arrangements for additional linens and Aero beds. Please note that studio suites do not accommodate more than 2 people. Is parking available? We do not offer parking. Limousine service: Bostonian Limousine Service provides an excellent way to entertain clients, make important meetings and arrange for airport transfers. Facsimile service: Fax machines can be provided in your suite with advance notice for free incoming and outgoing faxes. Internet service: Wireless internet service is available in all suites. To utilize this service, you will need a wireless-enabled laptop. Traveling with a family Please keep in mind that many units have stairways inside.
